We would like to inform the site Visitor that the UE 679/2016 and D. Lgs N.196 of 30 June 2003, entitled “Code about protection of personal data” (identified below as “Code”), provide for the protection of people and the others subjects in compliance with treatment of personal data.

Albatros, as the Holder of the treatment (identified below as the “Holder”), uses the site as an informative medium of his own services and also as an instrument to collect the personal data. In according with the specified norm, the treatment of this data will be inspired on the principles of decency, lawfulness and frankness and of privacy protection and of the site Visitor rights.

During the permanence of the site Visitor, the technology system of the Holder will collect a series of technical data, such as: the IP address, the browser type, the operative system, the host and the origin URL. The Holder can use such detain aggregate and anonymous form for the purposes of statistical analysis on the site accesses. Such data won’t be, anyway, communicated to third party, neither they will be object of diffusion.

As regards emails, the explicit shipping of data requests and services, the Holder will, according with the code, collect personal data (email address included) spontaneously transmited, taking care of the later archiving (using paper, technology, online supports) for purposes in compliance with interaction shown by the Visitor and for the time needed for control and valuation of indications provided for the information and contacts exchange.

The made treatments concern only common data. The presence of possible data identifiable as “sensitive” (according with art. 4 of the Code), will entail the immediately destruction of that message, announcement o communication possibly provided by the Visitor.

The collected data in the dedicated site section could be communicated to other subjects in the field of the completion of possible requests and of the compliance of the fiscal and legislative obligations in general understanding the relationship with possible business consultant. In this case the consent will always requested, through an on-line compilation of a clip square.

The Visitor is made informed that the data transmission through Internet can’t outperform the correct application of the security standards according with the norm in effect at the time.

In order to exercise the rights according with art. 7 of the Law, mentioned before, the involved Visitor should direct the request to the Holder.
